Works full time for Boyd. Often found navigating for Boyd especially on the World Cup Indoor Circuit. From Galway in Ireland and when not with the horses enjoys music, partying and seeing all her friends!
Lisa Banks
Works full time for Boyd looking after horses and especially the "Black" Team. Has her own riding and driving horse " Zidane" which she is bringing on steadily and hopes to have time to compete him more this season.
Preetha Exell
Married to Boyd. Enjoys riding and schooling the young horses when she can get away from the young Exells! Holds the fort when Boyd is away from home. Comes from an eventing background and her own horse Foreign Exchange (Gulliver) ran at Badminton in 2006.
Sarah Garnett
- "Granny" to all on the team (but not Boyd's real Granny!)
Boyd's "eye's on the ground". Always to be found helping at the events - especially with the harness! Trains and competes her own horse "Ranno" with great success. Also on the BHDTA committee.
Karen Everett
Acts as Boyd's Chef d'Equipe when abroad and general team organiser. Enjoys training and competing her own horse "Vladimir" on the British National circuit. Helps her husband in their Fine Art Restoration business and runs her own web design company.
Frank Campbell
Helps out at home and abroad, often found on the backstep. The "muscle" in the team! At college doing A Levels and when not competing his own horses is to be found on his motocross bike.
Spencer Venn
Boyd's original backstep - known in the team as 'Captain Chaos'. When not at carriage driving events is either busy running his own construction company in Surrey, playing with motorbikes, supporting Wasps or with his wife and two young sons!
Ray Mundell
Frequently found on the backstep of 'Granny's' carriage at national events in the UK, but also regularly backsteps for Boyd on the Indoor World Cup Circuit and outdoor events in Europe.
Andrew SImmons
An international course builder often assisting Boyd at international events either as ground crew or a backstep on the carriage.
